The University has finalized fringe benefit rates for Fiscal Year 2019 (July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019). Please begin to use the FY2019 rates in proposal budgets for budget periods starting July 1, 2018.
AURA-Grants is in the process of being updated so that any new Funding Proposals with a start date of July 1, 2018 – or after – will automatically default to the new fringe rates. You may also update these rates manually in the Personnel Costs section of the budget grids. If you need assistance, please email AURA-Help@uchicago.edu.
