New NSF required template for Collaborators and Other Affiliations information

We would like to announce an NSF update to the Collaborators and Other Affiliations document. As part of a pilot program starting April 24, 2017, NSF will require that proposals submitted include the following Collaborators and Other Affiliations spreadsheet for the PI, Co-PI and all senior personnel in place of the current Collaborators and Other Affiliations document: Collaborators and Other Affiliations Information Template.

This new Collaborators and Other Affiliations spreadsheet should be submitted with the NSF proposal via FastLane and uploaded as an Excel file (.xls or .xlsx format) to the Collaborators and Other Affiliations Single Copy Document section. It will replace the current Collaborators and Other Affiliations document. Please note that this spreadsheet contains four tables that must be completed with the following information for each PI/Co-PI/Senior Personnel, as applicable: A) Name and Affiliation(s); B) PhD Thesis Advisors and Advisees, and Graduate Advisors; C) Collaborators, Co-Authors and Additional Affiliations; and D) Co-Editors and Other Editorial Affiliations. Please note that the “Name” and “Organizational Affiliation” fields are required, but the “Email/Department” and “Last Active” fields are optional.
