URA is pleased to announce the new AURA Agreements module is now live and available for use. Any new research-related contracts should now be routed through the new module.
The new module is available at this link: https://auragrnt9-prd.uchicago.edu/agmt
The AURA Agreements module offers a single point of entry for all research-related contracts and streamlines the process for routing contracts for negotiation and signature. It also offers complete transparency of the status of the agreement and terms that are under negotiation.
Please also note that AURA Agreements has now replaced the Research Administration Shared Services Catalog in Service Now, and those existing pages will now link to the new system. However, tickets already existing in Service Now remain active and will be managed and completed there.
The training sessions for AURA Agreements that were provided last week will be made available on the URA Training website along with additional reference and guidance materials at the following link.

In addition, as the research community acclimates to the new system, URA will be holding weekly Agreements Office Hours open to any users who have questions about any part of the system or the process for using it. The first session will be later this week and additional sessions will follow thereafter.
