Grant Administrators,
This is a reminder of the AURA Grants 8 upgrade, effective Monday, April 15th. As of 5:00pm today, the current Grants 6 system will be offline. It will be available Monday morning in a read-only format. All proposal and award activities will take place in the new Grants 8 system.
As of Monday morning, the AURA website (http://aura.uchicago.edu/) will provide the new link to the Grants 8 system along with training materials. If you have not yet attended in-person training, please review the Training Schedule and reach out to URA to register.
Additionally, URA will be available to assist departments in developing proposals, creating award modification requests, or other activities throughout the week. These drop-in help sessions will take place at 6054 S. Drexel Ave, Room 146.

- Wednesday, April 17th – 12:00pm-1:00pm
- Thursday, April 18th – 12:00pm-1:00pm
- Friday, April 19th – 12:00pm-1:00pm
- Monday, April 22nd – 10:0am-4:00pm
