NSF Update

The National Science Foundation (NSF) has announced that the National Institutes of Health’s SciENcv (Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae) is now an NSF-approved format for developing biographical sketches (i.e. biosketches). It is recommended by NSF that SciENcv be used to prepare NSF biosketches for proposals. Please note that proposers are still responsible for ensuring that biosketches meet NSF proposal preparation requirements as outlined in the current NSF PAPP Guide. Please see additional information from NSF about SciENcv, here.

NSF has also announced that full, research collaborative proposals with subawards can now be prepared, and submitted through Research.gov. This new capability is in addition to the existing capability of proposal preparation and submission of full, research non-collaborative proposals in Research.gov. More information can be found here. NSF encourages the research community to start using Research.gov to prepare these types of proposals.
