The URA office currently located within the Edelstone building on South Ellis Avenue will be moving to the Drexel Office Building (6054 S. Drexel Avenue). This move provides us with the ability to physically co-locate alongside the existing Sponsored Award Accounting staff in support of our ongoing efforts to merge the two offices.
The move is scheduled for November 2nd, and 6-7th, 2017. Staff may have limited access to email on these dates, particularly Tuesday, Nov. 7th. Current SAA PAA staff located on the third floor of Drexel will be moving to the second floor on November 2nd, along with some current URA award managers located in Edelstone. All other staff will be moving to Drexel November 6-7th.
All hard copies materials currently submitted to URA at the Edelstone building should be delivered to Drexel Building beginning November 6th. From November 6th-November 8th, please hold all new materials due to the office move.

Revised Internal Deadlines:
Grants: Grants with agency due dates of November 7 should be submitted to URA for review and submission on November 6. If additional time is needed to complete a submission due on November 7, please communicate in advance with your assigned URA pre-award manager. All pre-award managers will have limited connectivity on November 7, so please plan to allow extra time for submissions due on this date.
