Section 889: ATI Training Webinars

As you may be aware, the U.S. Government has banned contractor use of telecommunications and surveillance services and technology manufactured by certain Chinese companies. ATI is hosting training webinars on this subject, led by experts Susan Cassidy and Samantha Clark of Covington

This training session will address the statutory basis for these new requirements from Section 889 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2019, new disclosure and reporting requirements for government contractors, exceptions and waivers that may apply, and steps contractors should take to become compliant with the new requirements.
