Town Hall Meetings on International Collaborations and Disclosures:
As part of the University’s continued efforts to support our faculty and other investigators’ international research and collaborations, the Office of the Provost hosted two town hall meetings (Oct. 28, 2019 and Nov. 12, 2019) to provide guidance and answer questions on research-related compliance and disclosure obligations related to international research activity and collaboration.
Representatives from the Office of the Provost, the Office of Legal Counsel and University Research Administration provided a short presentation and discussion about current regulations from NIH, NSF and DOE, faculty disclosure obligations, foreign influence and other issues involving Federally Funded Research.
