The National Science Foundation (NSF) has announced that the revised NSF PAPP Guide (NSF 19-1) will be effective for proposals submitted, or due, on or after February 25, 2019. While this version of the PAPP Guide becomes effective on February 25, 2019, in the interim, the guidelines contained in the current PAPP Guide (18-1) continue to apply. NSF has also released updated Research Terms and Conditions (RTC) Agency Specific Requirements, an outline of the significant changes along with an updated prior approval matrix as of December 10, 2018, and this information can be found at: https://www.nsf.gov/awards/managing/rtc.jsp.
