This is a reminder that the 2018 – 2019 Financial Disclosure Form, available through AURA, will be closed and unavailable for additional edits as of 5pm on June 30th. All commercial relationships and external activities you engaged in from July 1, 2018 up to and including June 30, 2019 should be memorialized on this form, which can be accessed at https://auracoi-prod.uchicago.edu/COI/.
On July 1, 2019 you will receive a notification that your 2019 – 2020 Financial Disclosure Form is available. The form is intended to capture all commercial relationships and external activities you will engage in from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. It will be continuously available to you for real-time updating and editing through June 30, 2020.
Grants Admin Colleagues: Please share this information with your unit’s faculty. A final reminder will also be sent out in mid-June.
