Deadline - Feb. 5 NIH R01 & SF424 Submissions

Good morning,

As discussed at yesterday’s Hot Topics session and due to AURA’s intermittent downtime, we recommend the following for electronic SF424 submissions at proposal stage:

  1. It is recommended to have proposals that require submission via SF424 in AURA ready to submit in advance of the deadline – the earlier the better.
  2. Due to the high volume of proposals anticipated for submission on the NIH R01 Deadline of February 5, 2021, it is highly advised to route proposals earlier and to have proposals ready to submit by 12pm on Feb. 5th at the latest.

The above recommendations are strongly encouraged in order to ensure successful proposal submission and to avoid any unanticipated glitches that may arise.
